Moochito does its best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase, however if the size of the product you order is wrong, or should any item fall short of your expectations simply return it to us unused upon receipt for a full refund or exchange. Just call us at 206.973.3109 to speak with a support representative to get a Return Authorization # before sending your product back for a full refund or replacement.

All Moochito™ products and jewelry are manufactured by hand by artisans using natural leather hides. Each leather item will wear nicely and patina with age, however if you experience any issues at all with our products outside of normal wear within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer a full 30 day guarantee against defects. If anytime within the first 30 days of receiving your order you experience any quality issues, simply call 206.973.3109 to speak with one of our support specialists to organize returning your order for a full refund or exchange.

timing of billing
Your credit card will be charged as close to the time of shipping as possible. Most orders ship within one or two days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse from the carrier that you have selected for your shipment.

sales tax
Only residents in Washington State are required to pay sales tax. Retailers who have completed a reseller certificate and reside in Washington State are exempt from sales tax.

We accept the following domestic credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for online orders. Please note, registered retailers might be eligiable for various net term programs with additional flexiable payment types.

shipping outside the US
Moochito currently accepts online orders from the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. If you would like to have a product shipped elsewhere please contact Moochito sales at 206.973.3109.

order shipping and transit times
In general orders are shipped the same day they are placed online so long as the order is placed before 5 p.m. PST Monday thru Friday. If your order is not going to be shipped the same or next day and you have placed the order before 5 p.m., you will either recieve a phone call or an email with this information. In addition you can review the shipment status of your order online by going to the 'my orders' section of the site.

After the order is shipped, transit time is depended on the shipping service you have selected. On average the UPS ground can take 5-7 business days.

Moochito does not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 5 p.m. PST Friday will ship the following Monday.

return policy
You may return your unused product for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of a defective product(s), will be responsible. For shipping costs associated with non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases.

Prior to returning a product, please contact customer service by either emailing info@moochito.com, or by calling 206.973.3109. It is important to contact us prior to sending back the product(s) so that they do not get misplaced. After speaking to an representative, a return authorization number will be issued to ensure that all returns are handled properly. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return packaging or the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

order cancellation policy
Orders placed on our Web site cannot be canceled online. To cancel orders, please e-mail orders@moochito.com.
Once placed, your order is processed right away. For that reason, it's possible, depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order, that we've already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to return it to us.
